Nirmali
"Hi, I am Nirmali Nath, a rider from Assam, India. What I realized after this session is that people don't know what they are working for; which direction they are going and what they actually want from their lives. They think they are just running after money, happiness and satisfaction. But I wonder what we really need from our lives and what is stopping us from achieving our goal. What irritates us, or makes us compromise our dreams? What are the mistakes we have made and how do we correct it and reset our lives.
I question myself now, whether I am happy with what I am doing? What do I want from my life after 20 yrs or 30 years from now?
I want a life with no restrictions, no compromise, no responsibilities. Thank you Aditya, for this amazing life changing one hour session that clears my mind. I am now now working towards my fundamental space. One must attend this session. Highly recommended."

What a wonderful session I had with Aditya on Fundamental Space. He is an amazing host and the session taken by him is superb.
In the session there is nothing right or wrong but a self introspection. It's all about perspective.
It was easy to open up and speak as you know that you are not been judged or evaluated on anything. There is no compulsion for giving the answers. You have a choice.
I strongly recommend that you should take a session with him."

Hi! I'm Padmini Nayak and I am a teacher from Siliguri. I read about this workshop in my friend 's timeline on Facebook. It got me thinking on the word 'Fundamental Space'; a concept which I have neglected so many times probably unconsciously, but had to bear the consequences of it. I really appreciate the insight that was provided, and the time taken after the session to provide additional feedback. This was an excellent workshop with practical exercises and worthwhile information that I can use in both my professional and personal life. I also appreciate the practical approach to consciously acknowledge and identify our fundamental space and move in a direction that justifies it."

I am an author and actor with over 35 years of experience in the print and broadcast media. The Fundamental Space (FS) workshop deconstructs the concept of space in and around you, and asks pertinent questions that trigger a chain of thoughts...some comfortable, some curious. Aditya packages the program in such an interesting manner that you barely realize how a full hour just whizzes by in observing, reflecting and processing your emotions. Personally, Aditya, I am ready for Fundamental Space 2.0! Let me know when you release that -
I will certainly be one of your first takers. Meanwhile, I recommend FS 1.0 to anyone seeking a deeper insight into the concept of space, both personal and metaphysical. Enjoy!

I have been a teacher for over a decade and have attended innumerable workshops. This one caught my attention...from the title slide onward as my mind gradually began to see order in disorder. As Aditya presented the ideas in his clear, clipped way, I was impressed by the concept. It's rather amorphous but the best takeaway is you have to take responsibility for your own space.

I am an aspiring actress and a software engineer by profession. Being a science student, I was always keen on knowing the realities beyond textbooks. If we have a chapter teaching us about how our body functions, then definitely there should be science behind life, thoughts, experiences and how they affirm together to give us our present moment.
After the workshop, it was so easy to see the reasons behind every sudden activity: happening in daily chores. The space.. Experience.. Learning.. Every fundamental aspect seemed so lucid after discussion. Time when you realize that the life or every breath you take is resulting into a reality because of the space that surrounds you... Makes me understand the very necessity and reason behind our existence.
I extend my heart felt gratitude to Aditya Raj Kapoor for this workshop.

Every now and then, we must either have the opportunity or we should create an opportunity to meet ourselves. Who are we? Where are we now and where are we going? Coming face-to-face with Aditya Raj Kapoor during a session of Fundamental Space, is one such opportunity to meet and know ourselves. Friends who have a longing to meet their own self, spend time with Aditya Raj Kapoor. You would love it. Thanks Adityabhai! Great to have a session with you!

Like the space-bar separates two words from each other, similarly our mind needs space to evolve ourselves. Hello guys, I'm Ankur ; Student, Blogger and an aspiring actor. I'm delighted to be the part of a 60 mins session conducted by Aditya Raj Kapoor.
A research shows that a normal human being thinks around 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts everyday. And out of these 80% of the thoughts are negative. Don't you think our mind would need a space from so many thoughts which are completely useless? It's said all answers are within us but how often do we ask ourselves instead of Google?
This session is a new change. A space which your mind needs. I've realized that I've never questioned myself, as in these 60 mins with so many practical examples. Lastly but importantly I would like to say "everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself." - believe me this session is the change.

My name is Bhavna Rajput and I’m an Accounting Analyst by profession. I took this session and I must say it helped me to acknowledge my space. This is a workshop that helps you to understand why our own space is most important in our life. I love the examples and the scenarios this workshop has, as they are very easy to understand and so relative to our day to day life. I recommend this workshop
Vidhi
Hi, my name is Vidhi and I'm a Social media manager at Shop101. As an SMM, I'm constantly online consuming so much necessary and unnecessary content that sometimes it just gets too much, and most of the time that content is not even of any great value. After this session, I realized how much of a space-eater was all that unnecessary content. Fundamental space as per me is nothing but our thinking space and that was beautifully explained to me by Aditya. The session was honest, introspective, and thought-provoking. It simply makes you think or may I say reminds you to think.
Aditya was a fantastic host who made sure not to rush things and kept the session interesting with his wit, experiences, and humor.
I would strongly recommend people to go for this session with Aditya. Thank-you.

Aditya took a session with entire communications team which cuts across many functions. In the session were peppered with very healthy insights into business which were narrated as a story. Aditya took us on a whirlwind tour of so many cultures, brain waves, survival and a personal rediscovery that we left the room super charged and gearing for more
Aditya is leading a personal transformation for each individual member of the team with one on one exclusive sessions. We're truly grateful for the same.
